sisterhood is...

Tonight we had our annual semester sisterhood event!  After pizza in the suite, we loaded up buses and went to Build-a-Bear to make chapter teddy bears.  It was such a fun way to bond with sisters and do something I hadn't done in a long time.  We walked around the outdoor mall in groups for a little while afterwards, split into random groups to get to know each other better.

And when we got back to campus at the end of the night, we each took a t-shirt for our bears and pre-cut fabric to make them sets of (fake) stitched letters!  Our standards vice president even got mini keys with attachable backs to "pin" them as initiated sisters.  It was definitely one of the best nights I have had in a while, and it put me in a great mood going into the next few days that will be bombarded with quizzes and an exam and more Kappa events.  Until then, I'll be snuggling with little Meenion who will hopefully be my good luck charm :)
