breaking boundaries.

Yesterday I baked (typical) more treats with my mom for Thanksgiving.  And for the first time in a long time, I broke my traditional baking boundaries and made cute, delicious cake pops that we will enjoy during BOTH Hanukkah and Thanksgiving!

It's relatively easy: just make a cake, crumble it in a food processor, mix with a can of similar flavor frosting, freeze, dip in melted chocolate, and roll in your favorite toppings.  Also you can dip the stick in the melted chocolate for a little taste on the inside.  The looks on people's faces when I sent them pictures of them are pretty hard to beat...and so is the begging that goes along with it.  But for your personal sake, I used Pinterest for the idea.  Chocolate cake pops with blue sprinkles...what could be better?
